Oversi, a provider of peer-to-peer caching and content delivery services, said on Monday that it has partnered with RawFlow, a provider of live peer-to-peer streaming technologies. The integration of Oversi's caching and RawFlow's ICD (Intelligent Content Distribution) can act as a booster in the network when there is not enough upstream capacity.
